Welcome to ClarityOps. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our site, services, and content. By engaging with us, you agree to play by these rules.
Who We Work With
We partner with business owners doing $1M–$10M+ in revenue looking to scale through AI integrations. If that’s you—you’re in the right place.
Services We Provide
ClarityOps installs AI workflows, automation systems, and operational tools inside your company to remove bottlenecks and scale revenue. This includes:
• AI Audits & Recommendations
• Workflow Automation
• AI App Integrations (ChatGPT, Zapier, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Custom Agent BuildsPerformance Dashboards
• Optional Equity-Based Partnership Structures
Payment Terms
All Terms are as described unless provided in writing stating otherwise and signed by a legally and contractually appointed representative of ClarityOps and dual signed by the CEO.
• All payments are final. No refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Late payments may incur fees or project delays.
• Subscription (MRR) services are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless canceled 14 days in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and frameworks developed during our engagement remain the property of ClarityOps unless explicitly transferred via contract. You’re granted a business-use license for the duration of our work together.
Confidentiality
We don’t share your data. Period. Anything you disclose is confidential. We expect the same in return. Both parties agree to mutual non-disclosure during and after the engagement.
Results Disclaimer
We deliver tools that optimize operations and unlock growth. Your outcomes will depend on implementation, follow-through, and your market. We don’t guarantee earnings—we guarantee clarity and leverage.
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel services by providing a 14-day written notice. Project-based services may not be refundable. Monthly recurring services (like AI Ops maintenance) will terminate after the final paid billing cycle.
Legal Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego, California.
